Span Am War Save Cuba Souvenir Brooch

Pretty neat war supporter's brooch for giving aid in liberating Cuba from Spain.  The brooch is made from a period kepi badge wreath with a spent US government issue .38 shell that is engraved with "Save Cuba".  The bullet seems to be made of celluloid.  Reverse is missing the pins.
